I wish I took a photo to share, but I had to get them Tacos in my mouth!t This place was amazing. I wish I had asked for flour tacos, not sure if they have them, as corn aren't my favorite, but all the flavors were on point, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Yum yum

The weekend quesabirria is what got me hooked! If you're ordering for pickup, online doesn't give you the option so call. All the other tacos I've tried are also delicious. It's a small location, so be prepared not to dine in. When weather is good they have tables outside.

Gave it another try after a couple years away. Solid stuff. I think they should just offer a standard onion and cilantro prep for more of the tacos; the fish options sound good and I’m sure they’ll do it however I want, but I hate having to ask for this not that. Three salsas, the avocado green is surprisingly hot. Last night we had quesadillas which are enormous and stuffed full of your protein. Open later than most places these days. Would like to try the birria.

Food is always so tasty. New cantina next door looks like a great place to hang out. You order your food at La Plancha Loca and someone will bring it next door to enjoy with your drinks.

This has always been my favorite taco place and the recent addition of the bar dining area next door will mean I visit more often. We ordered our tacos and then went next door and sat at the bar. Our food was delivered in to go containers five minutes later. I would even come here for the wide cocktail menu and not just for the food!

We were driving through the area and we just tried the tacos here out of curiosity. We did not see this coming honestly! They have their al pastor very visibly on display in the prep area and it’s the fist thing you see when you enter this little shack, such an iconic little move! Make sure to try the tacos de plancha shrimp and tacos de volcan is you feel adventurous. I consider myself a taco de lengua critic (lol) and theirs placed in my top 3 lengua list real quick! The al pastor is very pineapple-y and very sweet, I love a good sweet spicy combo so I loved it. The asada, arrachera and the michelada and horchata are pretty good too. They also serve modelos, pasificos and victorias. Don’t miss out on this place if you come around the area.

This is a small taco shack but a damn good one. Probably the best in Chicagoland. If I come back another day I will try at least 5 different Tacos. I only tried 2 on my first visit. They have an outstanding variety. I tried the fried Mahi Mahi fish taco and the ribeye steak taco (pictured) and they were savory. Compliments to the chef. You can't go wrong if you seriously make your way here from afar. Pricing is decent. When I dined in, I learned that you can order ahead (take-out). This also serves as a tip since parking is very limited. If you dine in, be prepared for some good ole fashioned Mexican tunes (music).
